Low Tide Cafe in Fuengirola blends the relaxed charm of a traditional coffee shop with the welcoming touch of a neighborhood brunch spot and a casual cocktail bar. Located on C. La Fuensanta, this small café finds itself in a quiet area just across from a leafy park, making it a peaceful stop whether you’re looking to start your day with quality coffee, enjoy a leisurely brunch, or unwind with an evening drink.

Daytime visits here often revolve around the carefully crafted coffee. The cafe takes its espresso seriously, with a variety of roasts that highlight different flavors — favorites include their creamy Flat White and the milder decaffeinated Cappuccino. The coffee culture here feels genuine; it’s the kind of place where baristas pay close attention, ensuring each cup is well-balanced and served with care. Local regulars and visitors alike seem to appreciate this focus, returning multiple times to savor their favorite blend.

The brunch menu adds homey appeal without overwhelming the casual vibe. Plates like eggs Benedict and shakshuka come highly recommended and are often paired with coffee for a satisfying morning or early afternoon meal. The food presentation leans toward simple yet thoughtful, matching the overall intention to create a comfortable, unpretentious atmosphere.

Low Tide’s setting benefits from the adjacent park, inviting families and individuals who might want a quiet moment outdoors or prefer to let kids play either inside the café’s small indoor play area or outside on the green space. The presence of this feature subtly shifts the vibe to be more family-friendly and community-oriented than some of the purely coffee-focused spots nearby.

Evenings at Low Tide slow down into a quieter bar mode, where the cocktail selection complements the mellow environment. Though not a nightlife hotspot, it’s a convenient spot for a relaxed drink after a day of exploring Fuengirola’s coast or winding down the weekend.

In summary, this café suits those who appreciate thoughtful coffee and simple, well-executed food in an unhurried environment. It works well for locals seeking a regular morning pit stop, families looking for a friendly place to brunch, and visitors who want to soak in the laid-back Fuengirola rhythm away from the busier main streets. For a quieter, more intimate experience, mid-mornings to early afternoons during weekdays seem ideal — when the park’s calm ambiance enhances the overall pace.

After visiting more than 10 coffee shops in Fuengirola, this one easily stood out as our favorite and it was the only one we revisited(3 times!). Every cup was crafted with care, and the variety of roasts showed real passion for coffee. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service matched the same level of quality. Cozy atmosphere, great attention to detail. I highly recommend!

This cozy coffee shop is in a peaceful area, with a beautiful park right in front of it, allowing you to enjoy your order in a lovely setting. There’s also an indoor play area for children, perfect if you prefer they play inside rather than outside the park. The staff offers a warm welcome, and the coffee and pastries are delightful. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your day leisurely. The menu is a combination of French and East European. I ordered Syrniki and Napoleon Cake for the first time, and I would say they were good, and I liked it; they promised to add Medovik and Quiche.

A wonderful experience. The owner, Julian, provided us with excellent service. The eggs Benedict was tasty. Loved that the brioche was not sweet like some others I tasted. The restaurant is small but comfortable. Took home a slice of pistachio cheesecake that I am looking forward to eating. Definitely will go back.

Charming cosy place in the quiet area of Fuengirola. Here is so nice to start the day with a cup of excellent coffee (owners pay attention to the quality of coffee beans) and a hearty breakfast. I was especially happy to see on the menu my favorite dessert - cottage cheese pancakes (aka syrniki). Worth visiting

Absolute gem of a find. Random find whilst looking for a Cafe and this 5/5 one pops up. So off we walked to this place A little off the beaten tourist track , but omg what a find. We are well seasoned world travellers and this place hands down , had THEE BEST POACHED EGGS ,AND BACON that I've ever had. Also the 2nd best coffee I've had in the WORLD!!! ( can't beat my home one ). And to top it off , home made cheesecake. 5 of us left very happy. And the owners are absolutely fantastic people, and love to have a chat. Would highly recommend
